Terms of Service

1  Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing our site or purchasing a puzzle, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2  Eligibility

Our Services are available only to residents of Canada and the United States who are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

3  User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4  Orders & Payment

• Prices & Taxes. Prices are in CAD (unless stated) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
• Payment. We use Stripe for secure processing. You authorize us to charge the total order amount.
• Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those that violate Section 6.

5  User Content & License

• You retain ownership of images you upload.
• You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to fulfil your order.
• You warrant you have all rights to upload the content and that it complies with Section 6.

6  Prohibited Content

1. Intellectual-property infringement
2. Sexual content involving minors or any illegal material
3. Hate, violence, or other unlawful imagery
4. Personal data of others without consent

We may reject or cancel orders that violate these rules and report illegal content to authorities.

7  Production & Shipping

• Production time: 3–5 business days after approval.
• Shipping: 3–10 business days within Canada/US.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package.

8  Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We will replace or refund defective products if notified—with photos—within 7 days of delivery.

9  Intellectual Property

All site materials and generated illustrations are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are transferred except as explicitly granted herein.

10  Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11  Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12  Limitation of Liability

StickerThis Printing will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages and in any event not more than CAD 100 or the amount you paid for the order in dispute, whichever is greater.

13  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your User Content.

14  Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 5, 8–13, and 15 survive termination.

15  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Alberta and Canadian federal law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary, Alberta. Before filing suit, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing support@puzzld.me.

16  Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here and, if you have an account, emailed at least 30 days before they take effect.
